Who we are
Fuller & Dempsey Developments ("we", "us", "our") provides air conditioning, boiler, gas, plumbing, kitchen, bathroom and general building services across South East & South West London and Kent. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
When you use our quote tool or contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Property address and/or postcode
- Details about the job you're enquiring about
We don't collect payment details, ID documents, or any other personal data through this website.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and arrange any follow-up (such as a site survey). We don't use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to keep you updated, and we never sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How it's stored
Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms, our website hosting provider's built-in form-handling service, and forwarded to our business email. Netlify acts as a data processor on our behalf under UK GDPR.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and quote data for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where a job goes ahead, for the duration of that job plus a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and accounting purposes. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we won't keep your details indefinitely.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Object to how we're using your data
- Ask us to restrict processing your data
- Request your data in a portable format

Data protection registration
Fuller & Dempsey Developments is in the process of registering with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller.
